A skin refers to the texture that is placed onto a player model. In Prince of Persia (2008) and Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, there are six to four skins that can be used for the Prince of their respective games and Elika.

Prince of Persia (2008)[]

Prince Skins[]

  • Prince - Unlocked by default.
  • Prince (Sands of Time) - In the skins menu, enter the special code "52585854" (This is actually the Prince in the costume of the Sands of Time Prince).
  • Altaïr (Assassin's Creed) - Sync your Ubisoft.com account to your PlayStation Network or Xbox Live account. Then activate it in "Skins Manager" under "Extras". If you are playing on PC you can unlock Altair costume by signing up to Ubisoft's website or type the password "13372805" (This is actually the Prince in Altair's costume).
  • Prototype Prince - Collect all 1001 Light Seeds or complete the Epilogue DLC.

Elika Skins[]

  • Elika - Unlocked by default.
  • Farah (The Sands of Time) - In the skins menu, enter the special code "52585854".
  • Jade (Beyond Good and Evil) - Complete the game.
  • Prototype Elika - Collect all 1001 Light Seeds or complete the Epilogue DLC.

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands[]

PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows versions[]

In the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows versions of The Forgotten Sands, there are four skins to choose from:

  • The Prince - Unlocked by default.
  • Ezio's outfit (Assassin's Creed II) - Unlocked through Uplay (This is actually the Prince in Ezio's outfit).
  • The Sand Wraith - Buy the Collectors Edition.
  • Malik's Armor - Buy the Collectors Edition.

Wii version[]

In the Wii version of The Forgotten Sands, there are three skins to choose from:

  • The Prince - Unlocked by default.
  • The Prince (Sands of Time) - Unlocked by consuming the blue retro potion.
  • The Dark Prince - Unlocked by consuming the red retro potion.

PSP version[]

In the PSP version of The Forgotten Sands, there are two skins:

  • The Prince - Unlocked by default.
  • The Prince (Sands of Time) - Unlocked by syncing between psp and PS3 versions.

Nintendo DS version[]

In the Nintendo DS version of The Forgotten Sands, there are five skins:

  • The Prince (The Two Thrones) - Unlocked by default.
  • The Prince (Sands of Time) - Unlocked by buying in in-game merchant.
  • The Prince (Sands of Time, repainted skin) - Unlocked by buying in in-game merchant.
  • The Prince (Warrior Within) - Unlocked by buying in in-game merchant.
  • The Prince (The Forgotten Sands) - Unlocked by buying in in-game merchant.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake[]

The remake of the Sands of time promised the original outfit as part of the pre-order bonus. Whether this is the case with the reworked remake is yet to be revealed.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown[]

There are two extra outfits revealed for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. Pre-ordering gives access to the Warrior Within outfit, and Deluxe Edition comes with an Immortals outfit.
