The Power of Delay (also called the Eye of the Storm) is a power from some the Artifacts of Time and users of the Sands of Time in which allows them to slow down time.[2]

The Power of Delay allows the user to temporarily slow down time around them, giving the player/user more capability of reacting.[2]
In Warrior Within and The Two Thrones, when the player/user slows down time, the world around them slows down while they remain in normal speed.[1]

- Should Kaileena during her boss battle use the Eye of the Storm herself, the player can counter this power by also performing Eye of the Storm.
