"So Babylon is not the only place to discover the wonders of hanging gardens. Ours, however, do not provide sanctuary to monsters! "
The Garden Tower was established next to the Fortress of Time, and was accessible to the right of the Central Hall of the fortress' entrance. The tower was constructed of two parts: The Garden, and The Waterworks.
During his journey on the Island of Time, the Prince was told by Kaileena (who pretended to be a servant of the Empress of Time) that, in order to gain access to the Throne Room, he would have to activate the tower by himself.
The Prince maneuvered his way through the past and present state of the Garden Tower using Time Portals. His objective was to reach the top of the tower and fill the mote with water, to disable the throne room barrier.
The Prince made his way through the garden to reach the waterworks. When the prince officially reaches the waterworks, he rotates a switch enabling the main water supply. The prince then used the water to fill the mote, causing one of the beams sealing the throne room to unlock.
