Beetle is an enemy in both Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (GBA) and Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (Mobile).

Biography[]

Beetles are large insects with purple carapace and green underbelly.^[1]

Gameplay[]

The player must hit the beetle and then is prompted with a button press, to jump over the bug and attack its vulnerable backside.^[1]

The Sands of Time beetle has both a small and giant version, with the latter managing to spawn the former. Both refill the Sands of Time when killed.
