Arkabar is a mentioned npc in Battles of Prince of Persia game.
Biography[]
Arkabar works on Mugger's Square in Babylon as a tattoo artist. His work is even known by royalty as King Shahraman sends his son to get the Mark of the King from him, the mark indicated the status of general in Persian Army. Previously Darius also had the Mark of the King done.
