Aksh is a horse in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.
Biography[]
Aksh is the finest horse in Persia. He belongs to King Sharaman who has ridden Aksh to battle. After the battle of Alamut, Sharaman gives Aksh to his middle son Garsiv as gift.[1] When Prince Dastan escapes the palace after Sharaman's murder, he steals Aksh and escapes the city. Dastan plans to go to Avrat for his father's burial and binds Aksh's legs with rags to mask the tracks. On his way there, Tamina pretends to be hurt and knocks Dastan unconscious. She then steals Aksh and rides off. She doesn't get far though as she is caught by Sheikh Amar. When escaping Sheikh Amar's camp, they manage to free Aksh and reach Avrat. Aksh accompanies Dastan and Tamina throughout the travels from Avrat to Hidden Valley, and back to Alamut.[2]
After the Grand Rewind, it is unknown if Sharaman still gifted Aksh to Garsiv.[2]
