Probably. I don't want to give any spoilers, but you will return to the central hall. Turn the lever in the middle (the one you used to get to the towers) away from the big door to the Throne Room. Use the rocks and columns to get to the balcony above you. Follow the path down here to get to the Southern Passage. The door here should be open; if not, repeat the process you used to open it. Follow the path to the sacrificial altar (get the artwork chest near the doorway if you want).

To the left of where you came in, there should be two rock ledges. Climb these and use the environment to get to the place where you fought Shahdee. Go up the stairs, pull out the altar and dodge the traps to get the Life Upgrade. When you've got it, return to the altar and follow the route you took after defeating Shahdee (through the time portal above the room).

When you get to the hole that the Dahaka made, run towards the other end of the hallway that you first jumped out of. Use the ledges to climb out, then wall run to the high ledge with poles on it. Run along the ledge to the end and drop down onto the platform to roll under the gap.

The path back to the Central Hall is familiar, if you remember the early parts of the game.

Beware, this place is very glitchy and could lead you to be trapped in some places. Also, you'll be able to get the life upgrade in the Southern Passage next time you're in the Central Hall - but that's all I'll say for now.
