2008 Prince of Persia is unrelated to the Forgotten Sands, Different timelines and different Princes. So order doesn't matter.
The Forgotten Sands is part of the Sands of Time, Warrior Within and Two Thrones timeline, it takes place between Sands and Warrior.
Anyone you want! They're unrelated, as the first is a failed reboot (with a DLC ending) and the other happens between "The Sands of Time" and "Battles".
